**Turnaround Time - All items brought to the online store are custom made & handled in-house. Please allow 2 - 5 days for production of custom-made items (some specialty products may take longer;) if so we will email you with a notice.  For questions or concerns please reach out to cuereaves@gmail.com

**Shipping -  For orders over $100 Shipping is free. All other domestic or international standard shipping rates cost to apply. We ship all products with the United States Postal Service (USPS)  We specially package your items to make sure they remain intact and arrive safely. The price we charge reflects the price to cover those costs. Weight and destination also factor into the cost.  International Orders are priced at the international standard rate.

**Store Refund Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON WWW.CUEREAVES.COM

PLEASE UNDERSTAND - Due to the personalized nature and spiritual work that goes into each product in our store, all sales are final. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. 
Since all sales are final, it's important that you contact us right away if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product. 

Returns need to be authorized before you ship back any items to Cue Reaves Consulting & Productions and/or Gaia Given Gifts, LLC. - email: cuereaves@gmail.com

We will always try to send you a replacement first once we have received the returned item. If a replacement is not available then we may offer you an exchange for another magical item or you can choose a store credit that can be used towards your next purchase.
 
***Unopened domestic packages marked "Return to Sender" will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.  International packages refused at customs will not be refunded. 

Please submit a support ticket to cuereaves@gmail.com with photos of what you received, if you received the wrong product or a damaged item.

If we ask you to return the product then we will offer a free return shipping label for all domestic orders. 

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return shipping cost for international orders.
